Our digestive system covers how we convert food in our bodies. In the stomach gastric juices and enzymes help to digest food, and allow the body to absorb nutrients. Food can spend up to 5 hours in the small intestine, where more absorption of nutrients takes place. Our digestion should be comfortable, without gas or bloating, and bowel movements should be regular and easy. Some supplements that can help support digestion and gut health include;

Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
