Ingredients
Each gelatin capsule contains: Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg
Providing: Gamma Linolenic acid (GLA) 100mg, Other fatty acids (including linolenic acid and oleic acid) 900mg.
Also contains: d-alpha tocopheryl, soybean oil
No added: gluten, dairy, yeast, sugar, artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives.
Directions
Adults: 1 to 2 capsules, 2 to 3 times daily.
As a maintenance dose, take 1 capsule once or twice daily.
Manufacturers Precautions
Individuals on blood thinning medications such as warfarin should consult a health professional before taking evening primrose oil especially in high doses as it may affect blood clotting times.
Pregnant or breast feeding women should consult a health professional before taking this product.

Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
