Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

Directions

Enzymedica Lacto is formulated for individuals that have difficulty digesting foods that contain lactose and dairy protein. It contains a high amount of lactase along with eight additional enzymes.
Lactose intolerance is a condition caused by a lack of an enzyme called lactase. Lactase is the enzyme in the small intestine that digests lactose (a dairy sugar). Normally, lactase breaks lactose down into glucose that can be easily absorbed by the blood. When there is not enough lactase to digest the amount of lactose consumed, water is retained in the bowel, which results in bloating, excessive gas and loose bowels. These issues can occur 30 minutes to two hours after ingesting lactose containing foods.
By taking Lacto with meals that contain lactose, you are providing your body with the enzymes needed for proper digestion of not only dairy sugar (lactose) but dairy protein, fats, carbohydrates, meat protein and fibre.
