Xmas and New Year Open!

As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year.  NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd

Packaging

We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging!   It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!

Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again.   Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).

Delivery

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if  your address is "RD") no matter how much you order.  We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.

Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

Description

Not all zinc supplements are equal the form matters. Zinc picolinate chelates zinc to picolinic acid, a naturally occurring compound the body already uses to help transport minerals across cell membranes. Research suggests this may make zinc picolinate one of the more readily absorbed forms of zinc available, which is the whole point when supplementing a mineral as important as this one. Zinc plays a role in hundreds of enzymatic reactions throughout the body and is a key nutrient for supporting normal immune function, skin health and collagen production, eye health, and prostate function. It's also one of the minerals New Zealanders are most likely to fall short on, particularly those eating less red meat or following plant-based diets. Swanson delivers a clean 22mg of elemental zinc per vegan capsule, a solid daily maintenance dose without going overboard.

Ingredients

Per 1 vegan capsule (serving size), 60 servings per container:

Zinc (from Zinc Picolinate) 22mg

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose (plant fibre), Hypromellose (vegan capsule), Magnesium Stearate, Silica.

Directions

Take 1 capsule daily with food and water.
