AM Formula includes Black Cohosh and Green Tea. PM formula includes black cohosh, valerian and hops, and L-Theanine. Vegetarian.

Serving Size: 1 Tablet
Amount per Serving:
Green Tea Leaf Extract (Sunphenon) standardised to 50mg caffeine 250mg,
Asian Ginseng Root Extract standardised to 7% ginsenosides (7mg) 100mg,
Black Cohosh Root and Rhizome Extract standardized to 2.5% triterpene glycosides (0.5mg) 20mg.
PM Formula
Serving Size: 1 Tablet
Valerian Root Extract standardized to 0.8% valerenic acids (1.6mg) 200mg,
Hops Flower Extract 100mg,
L-Theanine (Suntheanine brand) 50mg,
Black Cohosh Root and Rhizome Extract standardized to 2.5% triterpene glycosides (0.5mg) 20mg.
Other Ingredients AM Formula : Cellulose, sodium croscarmellose, stearic acid, hypromellose, titanium dioxide colour, glycerin, magnesium stearate, silica.
Other Ingredients PM Formula : Cellulose, hypromellose, sodium croscarmellose, magnesium stearate, glycerin, silica, carrot and paprika extract colour.
Gluten Free.
Contains: No sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, soy, dairy products, or artificial flavors, or preservatives.
Directions
AM: Take 1 (white) AM tablet in the morning.
PM: Take 1 (purple) PM tablet approximately 30-45 minutes before bedtime.
It may take four to five weeks to achieve full benefits. Continue use to maintain benefits.
Manufacturers Precautions
Do not use if foil or plastic is punctured. Do not use if pregnant, nursing, or by children under 18 years of age. Do not use if sensitive to caffeine. Each serving of the AM Formula contains 50 mg of caffeine. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble, such as abdominal pain, dark urine, or jaundice. Avoid alcohol and do not drive or operate machinery while taking this product. If taking medications for diabetes, sedatives, tranquilizers, or any other medications, consult a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
