Xmas and New Year Open!

As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year.  NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd

Packaging

We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging!   It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!

Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again.   Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).

Delivery

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if  your address is "RD") no matter how much you order.  We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.

Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

Description

Harker Herbals Recovery Tonic is a mineral and vitamin-rich herbal liquid tonic combining constitutional nutrient-tonic and immune-strengthening properties in a single traditional formula. Originally formulated by Malcolm Harker, it is built around land herbs and seaweeds — the latter providing a broad spectrum of naturally occurring cell minerals including chlorine, iodine, and fluorine, alongside more than 84 known body-cell mineral nutrients.

The formula is designed to restore and fortify the body after illness, fatigue, stress, or convalescence, and is particularly suited to those experiencing low energy, low mood, or worry. Seaweeds Carrageen and Kelp help to support healthy blood mineral levels; Elecampane and Licorice support immune function; Cayenne and Ginger provide circulatory stimulation and metabolic support; Hop Flowers traditionally support calm and restful recovery; and Wormwood contributes to detoxification. A blend of essential oils — including Aniseed, Coriander, Lime, Mandarin, Orange, Patchouli, and Rosehip — adds therapeutic depth and contributes to the tonic's characteristic strong herbal aroma. Harker Herbals describes it as a valuable daily nutrient tonic for the young and old alike, and especially helpful for mild cases of malnutrition by providing essential minerals and vitamins for blood and tissue rebuilding.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Irish Moss seaweed, Elecampane, Oatstraw, Wormwood.

Herbs: Licorice, Cayenne, Ginger root, Kelp, Marshmallow, Hop flowers.

Pure Essential Oils: Jojoba, Orange, Lime, Patchouli, Coriander, Mandarin, Rosehip.

Plus: Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid, Organic Iodine, Vegetable Glycerine.

Contains NO Yeast, Gluten, Wheat, Dairy products, artificial colours or sweeteners, and no sugar added.

Directions

 Adults: Take 5–10ml three to four times daily, preferably one hour before meals. Shake the bottle vigorously before each use. Swill the dose in the mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing if possible.
May be taken straight or added to 50ml of boiled water as a herbal tea. If taking prescribed medication, reduce dose by half and take 20 minutes before medication to avoid nausea. Avoid caffeinated beverages for 20 minutes before and after each dose.
