Doctor's Best Calm-Z with Zembrin helps calm and relieve stress, tension, and occasional anxiety. It helps increase attention, focus, motivation, and concentration. Zembrin is a patented standardized extract of Sceletium tortuosum (Kanna); its use has been documented for more than 300 years. It has been clinically shown to enhance cognitive function and is cultivated in an environmentally sustainable process.

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with or without food, or as recommended by a nutritionally-informed physician. Daily oral dose not to exceed 25mg.
Manufacturers Precautions
Consult your physician before using this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or are taking anti-depressant or anxiety medication. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Keep out of reach of children. This product contains natural ingredients that may vary in colour. Store in a cool dry place.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
