Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALC) is a nutrient that occurs naturally in the body and is fundamentally important for energy generation by the mitochondria "energy factories" in our cells. The acetyl part of the molecule can be used to make acetylcholine, a key chemical messenger in the brain and all the other organs. ALC is also involved in regulating gene activity and is a versatile protective nutrient for the nervous system.

Directions
Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with food.
For additional benefit take 4 capsules per day, or more, as recommended by a nutritionally-informed physician.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
