Magnesium amino acid chelate 500mg Equiv. Magnesium 100mg
Calcium pantothenate 16.6mg Equiv. Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) 15mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride 12.2mg Equiv. Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 10mg
OciBest Ocimum tenuiflorum (Holy Basil) whole plant dry extract 100mg Equiv. Ocimum tenuiflorum whole plant dry 1g
Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root dry extract 60mg Equiv. Withania somnifera root dry 1.5g
Rehmannia glutinosa root dry extract 100mg Equiv. Rehmannia glutinosa root dry 1g Encapsulating aids.
Dosage
Recommended Adult Dosage: Take 2 vege capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Formulated without: Gluten, wheat, animal products, dairy products, egg, soy, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
