Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 20mg, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 6mg, dl-alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E 3.5IU) 4.68mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 608mcg Equiv. to Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 500mcg, Biotin 8.7mcg Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 100IU) 2.5mcg, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 0.75mcg, Thiamine Nitrate (Vitamin B1) 350mcg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 125mcg, Calcium (Calcium Phosphate) 5mg, Iodine (as Potassium Iodide) 22.5mcg, Magnesium (as Magnesium Phosphate dibasic trihydrate) 5mg, Zinc (as Zinc Sulphate) 1mg, Spinacia oleracea (Spinach) leaf 5mg, Daucus carota (Carrot) root powder 5mg, Beta vulgaris (Beetroot) root powder 5mg, Cynara scolymus (Artichoke) flower bud 5mg.
Other Ingredients: Sucrose, glucose, purified water, gelatin, vegetable oil, beetroot juice concentrate, raspberry flavouring, medium chain triglycerides, citric acid, malic acid.
Directions
Children 2-3 years: Take one gummy per day.
Children 4+ years: Take two gummies per day.

Manufacturers Precautions
Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate. Contains sulphites. Not to be taken by children under 2 years old. No artificial colours. Store below 25C.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
