Main Description

Good Health Flaxomega Organic Oil provides a vegetarian and vegan friendly source of the Omega 6 and 3 essential fatty acids (EFAs). We cannot make EFAs in our bodies, therefore it is important that they are obtained from the foods we eat. Our body's levels of EFAs affect our cardiovascular health, the quality of our skin, hair and nails, as well as brain functioning and hormonal balance.

Ingredients: Organic cold pressed Flax seed oil (100%)

Dosage

Dosage Directions: Take 1-2 tablespoons daily or as professionally advised.

Precautions

Contra-indications: Flaxseed oil may have blooding thinning properties if taken in large doses. If you are taking Warfarin please see your healthcare professional before taking flaxseed oil in high doses.

Shipping and Delivery 

 

We currently only deliver to New Zealand as standard.   If you would like us to ship internationally contact us by email (help@bemo.co.nz) with details.

Packaging

We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging!   It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!

Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again.   Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).

Delivery

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if  your address is "RD") no matter how much you order.  We use CourierPost and no signature is required.

Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
