Contains essential B Vitamins which help support energy and vitality. Our body uses more B vitamins when we are under stress so it's important to take them during these times. Contains the herbs Passion flower and Lemon balm which help to relax and calm the mind and body, Provides nutritional stress-management support for both physical and emotional stress, A comprehensive combination of B Vitamins, Magnesium and calming herbs for an all-round stress management formula.
Ingredients
Each capsule provides:
Vitamin B1 20mg, Vitamin B2 20mg, Vitamin B3 50mg, Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) 45mg, Vitamin B6 20mg, Vitamin B12 10µg, Magnesium (as oxide) 10mg, Magnesium (as citrate) 8mg. Total Magnesium 18mg, Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) leaf 420mg, Passiflora incarnata (Passion flower) herb dry extract 40mg Equiv. Passiflora incarnata herb dry 200mg.
Contains Encapsulating aids.
Formulated Without : Gluten, wheat, dairy products, egg, soy, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
Directions
Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
